This blended learning course combines online instruction with an in-person skills session to provide comprehensive training in adult first aid.

Participants will first complete interactive, self-paced online modules covering key concepts, followed by a hands-on session with a certified Red Cross instructor to practice and demonstrate life-saving skills.

Upon successful completion, participants receive a 2-year Red Cross certification in Adult First Aid. This course is ideal for workplace responders, caregivers, and anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to adult cardiac emergencies.
