The AHA Instructor Renewal Course is designed to meet the American Heart Association's requirements for Heartsaver instructor recertification. This course is essential for Survival Group-affiliated instructors and Training Center Faculty (TCF) to maintain their instructor status.

Participants will be expected to successfully pass both the provider and instructor written exams for the discipline(s) they are renewing. Additionally, you will be required to demonstrate skills proficiency to ensure continued competency in teaching life-saving techniques.

A key component of the renewal process is course monitoring, where instructors must be observed teaching by an AHA Training Center Faculty member as part of their recertification. This ensures that all instructors continue to meet the high standards set by the AHA.
