AHA HeartCode Complete ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is a blended learning program that combines self-paced online learning with a hands-on skills session using a high-fidelity AHA simulation station.

This American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS HeartCode Complete skills-only session is designed for learners who have already purchased and completed the HeartCode ACLS online course through the AHA’s eLearning portal.

This session utilizes the AHA’s HeartCode Complete simulation station to deliver a self-directed, immersive skills-testing experience. Learners will perform required skills scenarios and megacode assessments using high-fidelity manikins and real-time feedback. This format enables flexible scheduling and efficient skills validation, eliminating the need for an on-site instructor.

Important:

  • This course does not include the online portion. You must complete the AHA HeartCode ACLS eLearning course prior to attending the skills session.

  • You will need to bring or upload your AHA completion certificate to access the simulation station.

  • Upon successful completion of the simulation-based skills test, your ACLS Provider eCard will be issued.

HeartCode Complete allows you to complete the cognitive portion of the course online at your convenience. Once finished, you will come to one of our locations to perform the required skills testing on the AHA’s BLS simulation station. This course is designed for individuals who wish to validate their expertise through a series of testing scenarios and a final exam.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all individuals, whether they currently hold a Pediatric Advanced Life Support certificate or not.
  • Certificate holders can challenge as often as courses are available and their certificate remains valid.
  • Non-certificate holders may challenge only once.

Important Information:

  • Preparing for the testing scenarios and final exam is the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • Participants who do not pass the Challenge course will be referred to a full PALS course and will not be permitted to reattempt the Challenge or enroll in the Review course.

This session fulfills the hands-on skills evaluation requirement needed to complete PALS certification.

Participants will use the AHA’s HeartCode Complete simulation station, an innovative self-directed manikin system that guides learners through real-time PALS scenarios, providing dynamic feedback and performance metrics. A certified AHA instructor will be available via live video conferencing if assistance is needed.

Note: This is not a full PALS course and does not include the online learning module. You must bring your certificate of completion from the AHA HeartCode PALS online course to participate.

First Aid CPR/AED with Remote Skills Validation is a new option from the American Red Cross and Survival Group that gives you the freedom to take blended training with live, online remote skills verification. With RSV, students benefit from real-time feedback and guidance from instructors to correctly demonstrate the required skills and complete certification.

Included is the blended course, digital certification card, remote skill practice/testing session.

We will ship a manikin and training supply kit. A return call tag will be included for the return of the manikin. The manikin must be returned for certification to be granted to the student.
